The Village at Hampton Cove is a neighborhood retail center strategically located along the eastern corridor of Huntsville. It is located directly adjacent to the renowned Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail and the Hampton Cove residential Community. Built in 2008 and expanded in 2015 THVC comprises four buildings and more than 28,000 SF of retail space which includes a day care center, an upscale fitness gym, dry cleaners, elder care assistance and a occupational and physical therapy clinic.

Completed in December of 2022 this Ardent Preschool is the fourth Ardent school in Northern Alabama exclusively developed by Leeland Ventures. Located within the beautiful 450 Acre mixed use Clift Farm community in western Madison County this school is the largest most technologically advanced preschool of its kind in Alabama. Home to more than 300 students this 23,000-square-foot facility is equipped with 18 functional, high-tech classrooms, indoor and outdoor play areas, infant courtyard. This facility also boasts an artificial turf soccer field, a one of a kind waterplay and splash pad area, and multiple covered playgrounds. Regarding safety and security no other daycare compares, with mag lock security system, CCTV cameras and finger print scanners.

With additional sites to come in 2023-24 this popular location has become the franchises leading fast casual location. The 2,800 SF building features indoor and outdoor dining and a drive through.

This plaza located in Hampton Cove along the Highway 431 corridor features two accessible drive through restaurants, ample parking and stylish outdoor seating with lighted gazebos for optimal nightlife use.
Ardent Preschool and Daycare at Jones Farm

Located in the scenic Jones Valley Farm, along Four Mile Post road, this 15,000 SF Ardent preschool and daycare was the first prototype of its kind in North Alabama. Constructed by Leeland Ventures in 2018, this facility boasts indoor and outdoor covered playgrounds, a natural turf soccer field, and a water play and splash pad. Directly neighboring the upscale Lendon community, walking trails, and lake the preschool is easily accessible for the families of the Southeast Huntsville community.

Located in the heart of the Hampton Cove area and not far from Jones Valley, Fitness for Life was built in 2019 and consists of around 7,000 SF.
